Car Chassis Frame Structure

Objective: Develop a lightweight, rigid chassis for a three‑wheeled prototype race car (Eco‑Shell Marathon 2022) that balances strength with minimal material usage.

Design: Using CAD tools, I optimized the frame geometry, material thickness, and mounting points for electronics and drivetrain. The open truss design allows for easy assembly and access.

Outcome: The chassis provided a stable platform for the eco‑race prototype and can be adapted for robotics and small autonomous vehicle projects.
