PCB Enclosure

Objective:
Create a protective and visually appealing enclosure for an electronic PCB, ensuring accessibility to components, reliable cooling, and seamless integration with external interfaces.

Design:
Modeled in Fusion 360, the enclosure features clean geometric lines with a distinctive triangular ventilation pattern for heat dissipation, LED indicator cutouts for real-time status visibility, and precise openings for USB and power ports. The structure was optimized for 3D printing with proper wall thickness, screw mounting points, and minimal support material.

Outcome:
A sleek functional enclosure that balances aesthetics and practicality, offering effective protection for the PCB while maintaining easy access for testing and assembly, ideal for both prototyping and final product use.
