Objective:
Design a compact and practical enclosure for the Raspberry Pi 4, ensuring proper cooling, port accessibility, and 3D-printing compatibility.
Design:
Modeled in Fusion 360, the case features precise cutouts for all interfaces, including USB, HDMI, and Ethernet ports, as well as a top-mounted ventilation pattern for optimal airflow and heat dissipation. The geometry was optimized for minimal support during printing, with smooth surfaces and embedded screw mounts for easy assembly.
Outcome:
A functional and aesthetic enclosure for the Raspberry Pi 4, combining clean design, efficient cooling, and ease of manufacturing, ready for 3D printing and everyday use in compact embedded projects.
