TITAN ZEED-001 : Educational Robot Arm
Objective: Create a modular, educational robot arm concept (TITAN ZEED‑001) suitable for teaching automation and light industrial tasks.
Design: I developed a 6‑DOF manipulator with interchangeable segments and 3D‑printable parts. The arm features flat surfaces and dimensions compatible with standard printers (around 180 × 180 × 300 mm). Structural integrity was validated via FEA simulations. Deliverables included CAD models, technical drawings, STLs, and realistic renders.
Outcome: The design is ready for servo motor integration and Arduino control, making it an accessible platform for makers and students.
